Rinser




Automatic CALIPSO 63mm Ø 2,450mm rotary rinser with 63 spray nozzles that penetrate 90mm deep into the bottle.


2 channel rinser for steam sterilisation.


Support structure completely covered with AISI 304 stainless steel sheets.


AISI 316 stainless steel gripper elements with jaws made of food-grade material.


AISI 316 stainless steel spray nozzles and spray valves.


Stainless steel drip tray with drain line, pressure reducer for rinsing agent, total treatment time at 15,000 bph = 12 seconds




Filler




Low vacuum filling machine model ENOICA 72 Ø 2800 mm with 72 filling valves.


Ring bowl, completely made of stainless steel AISI 304, bowl bottom with slope,


filling valves completely made of stainless steel AISI 316.


Electric filling bowl height adjustment by push buttons on the control panel of the machine, 


Electronic filling level probe Endress-Hauser for controlling the wine level in the filling tank.


Vacuum system in the tank consisting of a vacuum pump, vacuum gauge and valve for regulating the vacuum.


Product inlet from below, the inflow being regulated by a pneumatic valve or the probe in the filling tank, bottle lifting cylinder working pneumatically/mechanically,


completely made of stainless steel AISI 304.


Lubrication station for manual lubrication by means of lubrication nipples and oil dispersion.


The screw caps are placed directly at the outlet star of the filler to prevent gas


exchange in the bottle neck.


Additional sensors for monitoring the bottle outlet.


Easy and precise height adjustment of the cap placement position by means of a hand wheel.




Corker




Capping turret model DELTA 612 R with 12 heads for processing with natural corks for still wine.


Cork feeding from above complete with cork feeding device.




Screw Capper




Screw capping turret model SIGMA 512 with 12 capping heads for processing with aluminum screw caps and 2 sorting bowls.


The caps are placed directly after the filler so that the bottles are covered all the way into the screw capper. Cap distributors on the filler.




Hood: Housing with ventilation of sterile air into the machine and laminar flow in the machine


Housing:  With guillotine doors that open upwards


Feeder




Cork feeder ALX 10 for feeding the corks to the DELTA corker.


Pneumatic capsule conveyor type A 900 for continuous feeding of screw caps to the rotary distributor.
